All Fitness Classes Must Be Booked
Spinning is indoor cycling on a special stationary bike with a weighted flywheel. This form of exercise focuses on speed work, endurance, strength, and H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training). It is an excellent form of exercise burning between 450 and 645 calories per 45 minute class. We also have a disco spin class which incorporates disco music and lights for a fun and cheerful workout.
New Fassi R26 club spin bikes catering for 19 people in our disco spin classes. Heart rate, distance and calories can be calculated on each monitor.
A 45 minute spinning class completed through a disco theme. Our room is blackened out with disco lights and motivating music. If burning calories, sweating and feeling great is a primary goal for you, then dark spin is the class for you.
A full body blitz using resistance exercises and HIIT style training. Kettlebells, dumbbells barbells and TRX work all in the one class for a fantastic workout.
A 30 minute abdominal and core workout which will help strengthen those vital muscles
This class is broken down into 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of resistance training and 20 minutes of core work. It gives you a full body workout which helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone up and shape your entire core.
Total Body Tone
This is a circuit type class that includes a variety of weights, cardio exercises and core exercises. It promises to be different every time and sure to surprise you.
High Intensity Interval Training involves a class of very high intensity exercises that burn fat quickly. This type of training is sure to get your heart rate up and improve your fitness levels in no time.
Bums Tums Thighs
This class involves an aerobic workout that aims to tone up those difficult areas. Ideal for those who want to lose weight, tone up or simply improve their fitness levels. Benefits of this class include aerobic and toning workout, increases stamina and endurance, builds strength and increases resistance to fatigue.
Circuit classes combine a mixture of cardio based and toning exercises. All exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness abilities. This is always a fun workout and an excellent opportunity to meet new people.
This class involves cardio based body weight exercises that are sure to burn fat quickly, shape up your entire body and improve your fitness levels dramatically.
Spin and Core
This 50 minute class includes 30 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of core exercises. A strong core is important for good posture, to prevent lower back pain, for better breathing and to tighten up your waistline.
Kettlebells and Abs
Involves a mixture of resistance exercises as well as high intensity cardio exercises to help you tone up, increase power and get lean. You will also get a full workout for your core.
This class includes a full body workout and promises to be something different every time. All levels of fitness are welcome.
